Hey! My name is Anesia. I teach Beginner Pole, Intermediate Pole, and Abs & Ass Cardio at the Carson Studio. I have been an instructor since 2013, and I managed our former L.A. studio for 4 years. My favorite pole move is the “Ayesha”, favorite twerk move is isolating the cheeks. My favorite RND memory is when Phee took us to get massages and we ended up being naked. I would say my celebrity training style is like Jayda Wayda. I like to have fun when I teach.
