• 2 Hour Minimum
• Deposit of $290 is required to reserve date & time
• Deposit is applied to your balance
• Balance is due 7 days prior to Event Date
• Non Smoking Environment
• You are allowed 15 minutes prior to your party for set up, Please include set up time in your booking total
• No Laundering in front of building
• There is $100 Clean-Up Fee if any food or drink will be involved
• You may request PHEE to host your event for an additional fee of $125
