Looking for the perfect space for your next event? You can rent our studio starting at $145/hour (minimum 4 hours). We’re available 7 days a week to help make your event special!
What’s Included:
⭐️ Bring Your Own Caterer & Drinks – You have the freedom to choose your own caterer, and you’ll have full access to the bar!
⭐️ 1 Hour for Set-Up – Need extra time? No problem! Additional set-up time is available for $75/hour (set-up time only, not party time).
⭐️ $100 Clean-Up Fee
⭐️ $290 Non-Refundable Booking Fee – This fee goes toward your balance.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event.
Additional Notes:
- No Loitering in the Front: During your event, please make sure guests do not loiter in the front area. If this occurs, a fee of $165 will be charged.
- Chair & Table Rentals:
⭐️ Damages: If a chair or table is damaged, an additional charge of $30 per chair and $75 per table will apply.
