Have you always wanted to know how to do the splits? Well, here is your chance. Romance & Dance will teach you how to be more flexible on & off the pole! You will learn how to do the splits even if u have never done them, you will also learn sexy handstands.

This fitness class is perfect for all levels! Want to tighten up and tone? Well get ready to sweat out some massive calories!! We will work on building strength & flexibility with unique pole exercises that go hand in hand with your regular pole practice. Please bring a towel, and make sure to eat something at least an hour before class.
