Let us help you Shape your core. Abs and Ass Cardio is a fitness class perfect for all levels! Do you want to tighten and tone up your body?  Well get ready to sweat out some massive calories!!  We will work on building your strength & flexibility with unique pole exercises that go hand-in-hand with your regular pole practice. Please bring a towel and make sure to eat something at least an hour before class.
