Is there a weight limit?

No there is no weight limit. We are the only pole studio without a weight limit. We custom make all of our poles to hold the weight of any Diva willing to climb or spin on them.

What should I wear to class?

Dress attire: Please wear shorts or leggings, Fitted T-Shirt or Tank Top & don't forget your Heels!
And please NO LOTION!!!

Do I need to be in shape to attend class?

You DO NOT need to be in shape to attend classes, we help you get into shape.  All of our classes are geared towards helping you lose weight, tone up, and become stronger. This is our gym, this is the main reason you come to us, is to get in shape. 

 

What is the difference between Classes & Parties?

Pole Classes are for everyone to join, you will stretch & exercise working on losing weight and or gaining muscle while learning pole moves.
Pole Parties are for private groups of Divas that you invite to your party, No working out just fun and games why'll learning a 2-3 minute routine.

How many students are in each class? 

We allow for up to 13 students per class. Everyone gets there own pole.

 

Can I use my Classes at both locations? 

Yes, when you sign up for classes at one location or online you are able to take classes at all R&D studios.

 

What's the age requirement to attend classes?

Student must be 18 years of age or more to attend classes Or 17 with guardian attendance. 

Will there be men in class?

R&D is a place for men and women who are interested in pole dancing, its not to often men attend classes but every now and then you might be in class with a male student.

 

Do I have to pre-register for classes?

The majority of our classes get filled up a few days in advance, so it would be great to pre-register but not mandatory.

 

What if my classes expire?

Not a problem, we have a Buy Back Program.  With this program you can purchase back expired, unused and absent classes for only $5.

 

Can I start off in Intermediate / Advance classes?

No, all new students must start in our Newbie Beginner Pole and/or Specialty classes. In order to take our advance classes you must get signed off by 2 different instructors at R&D saying your ready for more intermediate / advance level classes.
