In every class at Romance and Dance University, we follow our structured graduation book, which outlines our degree system: Junior High School, High School, Associate, Bachelor, and Masters.

Our Junior High School class introduces foundational moves including the basic sexy walk, various transitions, the fireman spin, the pinwheel, and several other spins. This class is designed for beginners with absolutely no prior experience. There’s no need for upper body strength or pervious dancing skills.

By the end of this class, you will have learned several moves to boost your confidence, enhance your upper body and core strength, and developed a short routine. You’ll be on your way to becoming a strong, fit, and confident individual!

At Romance and Dance University, we use our graduation books to guide our curriculum. In the High School degree class, we focus on pole tricks specific to that level. Everyone starts at the High School level, which means you’re new to Romance and Dance, but not necessarily new to pole dancing. This class is designed for beginners with no prior experience. There’s no need for previous upper body strength or dancing skills.

In this class, you'll get introduced to the pole and learn a range of moves that you can perfect over time. We also put a strong emphasis on building upper body strength, which is key to advancing your pole skills.

At Romance and Dance University, we use our graduation books to guide our curriculum. In the Associate degree class, we take things up a notch! This level introduces more challenging inverts, combos, and advanced moves that will push your skills to new heights and bring out the acrobat in you.

These classes are designed for students who have completed the High School levels and are ready to tackle more complex pole techniques. Expect intense warm-ups followed by a physically demanding session focusing on pole skills. We emphasize building significant upper body and abdominal strength to support your progress.

At our Bachelor’s Degree level, our pole dancing curriculum is designed for students who have completed the High School and Associate levels and are ready to advance their skills further. This class includes a variety of moves, such as aerial poses, flips, drops, handsprings, and spin combos. We also focus on strength and conditioning, new grips and shoulder mounts.
