Hi, My name is Joelisa. My Journey at R&D started off back in 2016 where I took my 1 st pole class with no pole or dance experience let alone confidence or coordination. But I had so much fun and loved the environment so much that R&D became my second home! I later transitioned to working as a receptionist to now an instructor! My goal as an instructor is to help you flow & find freedom in movement. I love to explore different styles of music from fast to slow, but my favorite is flirty & sexy which allows me to channel my inner Janet Jackson.
