Pole Aerobics Preparing For Graduation (6 Months Pus) Schedule -
Now we are getting serious ladies! Learn more challenging inverts, combos, as you climb even higher to execute moves that bring out the acrobat in you! These classes are available for students who want to learn and master more complex pole skills. These classes consist of intense warm-ups combined with a very physical session of pole dance/ pole skills. A great deal of upper body and abdominal strength is required for these classes.
Students must get an instructor's consent prior to attending Pole Aerobics Preparing For Graduation classes.
