The 45-minute class is made up of choreographed moves to firm up the thighs and buttocks as well as boost cardio fitness. It starts with a five- minute warm-up to some r'n'b and then the twerking begins. There are three signature moves The 'Shake', which involves shaking the butt from side to side as though on a power plate, The 'Wobble', where you rotate the butt while thrusting the hips forwards and back, and The 'Jiggle', which is the traditional twerk move: Jerking the butt back and forth in a squatting position.
